To have great music coming to Everett is something we have been enjoying more and more lately, but to see Everett on the national tour poster of an artist like Kevin Morby of Los Angeles and Ark Life of Denver is something pretty special.
On Monday night Morby and Ark Life will share the stage at The Cannery in downtown Everett with Snohomish band Edmund Wayne.
After his work with Woods and The Babies Morby has released his debut solo album Harlem River. Critical response to the album has been nothing short of fantastic and after one listen you can see why the buzz surrounding this guy continues to grow.
Ark Life is also on the rise at the moment with the pending release of their debut album Dream Of You And Me due out on August 19. Their single “What You Want To” has been making the rounds building a great deal of anticipation for their record to finally come out.
The pairing of these two bands coming to Everett with one of Snohomish County’s favorite local bands in Edmund Wayne might be the best lineup a Monday night in this town has ever seen and truly something that shouldn’t be missed.
This show 21+ and tickets will be $5 at the door. Music starts at 8 p.m.
