MONROE — A Monroe woman was taken into police custody Thursday night after she allegedly shot a man in the leg.
The injury isn’t believed to be life threatening, Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Shari Ireton said. He was taken to a local hospital.
The two were believed to be in a dating relationship. The man also is believed to be in his 30s.
The incident occurred around 10 p.m in the 26000 block of Old Pipeline Road.
No arrests had been made as of late Thursday night.
