DUVALL — Senior midfielder Olivia May scored one goal and assisted on two more to lead Cedarcrest to the victory in Cascade Conference action.
“That’s probably the best game I’ve ever seen her play,” Cedarcrest coach Amanda Axelson said of May.
The victory earned the Red Wolves (10-3-1 in league play) the No. 1 seed out of the Cascade Conference into the Class 2A district playoffs. Archbishop Murphy (9-3-2) gets the second seed.
King’s, a 1A school, already had wrapped up the conference championship.
Sydney Kuehn and Kelsey Berens also scored for Cedarcrest. Maggie Richey earned the shutout in goal.
