Musicians to talk about profession at EvCC

Pianist Lisa Bergman and violinist Svend Ronning will perform their music and talk about how they make a living as professional musicians from 12:20 to 1:50 p.m. Nov. 6 at Everett Community College’s Baker Hall, room 120. The event is free and open to the public. No reservations are required. The discussion is sponsored by EvCC’s Humanities Alliance.

Networking event planned at Silvertips

Economic Alliance Snohomish County ambassadors, investors, and community members plan to cheer on the Silvertips as they play against the Spokane Chiefs from 6 to 9 p.m. Dec. 3 at Xfinity Arena in Everett. Tickets include pre-game networking in Silvertips box suites, food and a drink ticket. Investor price is $10, non-investors are $15. Register at www.economicalliancesc.org.
