PORT ANGELES — Port Angeles police arrested a man Tuesday in connection with the theft of Salvation Army holiday toys.
KONP reports the 24-year-old was cited for possession of stolen property. A few of the toys for girls were recovered.
Toys and bicycles were removed early Sunday from a building where they were being processed. Since then, donors have contributed thousands of dollars that more than covered the loss.
