WALLA WALLA — A prosecutor has decided not to file charges against a Walla Walla High School teacher who had been accused of inappropriately touching students.
The Walla Walla Union-Bulletin reported that the industrial arts teacher was placed on administrative leave in October while the sheriff’s office investigated allegations made by three students.
Walla Walla County Prosecutor Jim Nagle says there was insufficient evidence to take the matter to trial.
The teacher is retiring in June after a 32-year career with the district.
