Good morning, before the media day circus kicks off, here’s a bit of reading on the Seahawks from Super Bowl week. Obviously there is a ton of media here, which means a ton of content, so this is just a tiny sampling of what’s out there.
From today’s Herald, I look at the much-hyped Rob Gronkowski vs. Kam Chancellor matchup, which isn’t really going to be a one-on-one battle. That’s not really how the Seahawks play defense.
We also have a notebook leading off with some inflammatory comments made by New England cornerback Brandon Browner, and the reaction from some of his former teammates.
Earl Thomas has a nice recap of what the NFC championship game was like from a player’s perspective on his blog.
The Seahawks’ secondary is on the cover of Sports Illustrated. The magazine wanted Richard Sherman for the cover, he had another idea.
