The board of the Lynnwood Transportation Benefit District at a Jan. 20 meeting discussed its options in light of the November defeat of a measure that would have raised sales taxes in the city to support improvements to streets and sidewalks, but the board reached no consensus on future actions.
Board chairman and City Council President Loren Simmonds said after the meeting that nothing seemed to come together.
The board next meets March 9.
The board is made up of the seven members of the Lynnwood City Council.
The November ballot proposition lost by a 53 percent to 47 percent margin.
