Gallaher brings more than 27 years of real estate, sales and consulting experience to Keller Williams Everett. Edmonds Landau Associates receives engineering award

The American Council of Engineering Companies of Washington has selected Edmonds-based Landau Associates to receive a Silver Engineering Excellence Award for the design and implementation of a landfill gas control system for the Bremerton Housing Authority Bay Vista redevelopment. The award was presented at the organization’s annual gala in Bellevue on Jan. 23.

Everett’s Soccer West bought by Bellevue company

Soccer West, headquartered in Everett, is being acquired by JAS Soccer in Bellevue. Soccer West has four store locations in Lynnwood, Bellevue, Redmond and Tukwila. Plans are to further develop the Soccer West stores and bring updates to the overall business. JAS Soccer is owned by Jeff Scoma, the previous owner and CEO of Seattle Team Shop — a chain of nine licensed sports stores and websites in the greater Seattle area.

New dialysis center opening in Marysville

DaVita Kidney Care is hosting an open house at its Pilchuck Dialysis Center in Marysville this week. The 6,735-square-foot center is opening to serve the growing number of patients in the area with kidney disease. The dialysis center will employ 18 people. The open house is from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the center at 1250 State Ave., Marysville.
