SEATTLE — The King County prosecutor’s office says five Juanita High School students have been charged with second-degree attempted rape of a special education student.
The Seattle Times reported that the students are accused of joining in an Oct. 22 bullying incident in a student locker room at the suburban Kirkland school. The teens are 14 and 15 years old.
Court documents filed Friday say a 17-year-old special education student told police that he had been sexually assaulted and that some of the students had jabbed him with a broom.
