BELLEVUE — Bellevue police are investigating after a body of a woman was found in a vacant apartment on Saturday afternoon.
Detective Amanda Jensen said on Sunday that there were no obvious signs of trauma.
Jensen says the apartment has been vacant for about three weeks and it didn’t appear that the woman had been there “for any period of time.”
Maintenance workers found the woman’s body as they were turning off water in the units because of flooding.
Jensen said that many apartments at the complex are under construction. She said police don’t have a lot of information to release at this time.
