EVERETT (35-17-3-3)
Forward lines
Leedahl-Bauml-Scherbak
Low-Nikolishin-Stadnyk
Mykitiuk-Laurencelle-Bajkov
Millar-Fonteyne-Aasman
Defensive pairings
Betker-Juulsen/Wharrie
MacDonald-Davis
Skrumeda-Pfeifer
Goaltenders
Lotz
Hart
Scratches: Wegleitner, Juulsen/Wharrie.
Notes: Saturday’s 7-0 thrashing in Kent causes Everett coach Kevin Constantine to ring in the changes. The Saskatoon Platoon line gets broken up, with Nikita Scherbak taking Carson Stadnyk’s place on the right. Meanwhile, the Brayden Low-Ivan Nikolishin-Stadnyk line that was effective early in the season is reunited. Defenseman Lucas Skrumeda returns after missing Saturday’s game because of illness. Fellow d-man Noah Juulsen may also return after missing two games because of a lower-body injury — he’ll be a game time decision, with Jordan Wharrie getting the call if Juulsen can’t go. Goaltender Austin Lotz gets his third start of the weekend, suggesting Carter Hart is still under the weather.
LETHBRIDGE (18-34-4-3)
Forward lines
Fafard-Vandervlis-Folk
Burke-Estephan-Wong
Winther-Baltram-Watson
Wesley-Amson
Defensive pairings
Walters-Allan
Jensen-Pankewicz
Nielsen-Reagan
King
Goaltenders
Skinner
Sittler
Scratches: White, Skumatov, Lindgren, Kennedy, Kegler.
Notes: Lethbridge is without center Jaeger White (upper body) and defenseman Brandon Kennedy (lower body) because of injury, while another regular in center Ryley Lindgren also sits this one out. The Hurricanes have two affiliated players in the lineup in center Ryan Vandervlis and 15-year-old defenseman Ethan King — King’s inclusion means Lethbridge dresses seven defensemen and 11 forwards. The visit of the Hurricanes means one last visit to Xfinity Arena for former Everett defenseman Nick Walters, who is now an overager. Lethbridge has been playing better than its overall record, with the Hurricanes winning six of eight before heading out to the U.S. Division.
