CHICAGO — The Chicago Bulls are reporting Derrick Rose has suffered a tear of the medial meniscus in the right knee.
Bulls officials say the tear was discovered after he reported to practice Tuesday with knee pain.
Surgery has been scheduled. No timeline for his return has been determined.
It will be his third knee injury. His previous injuries ended his play the past two years.
