EVERETT (36-18-3-3)
Forward lines
Leedahl-Bauml-Stadnyk
Low-Laurencelle-Scherbak
Bajkov-Fonteyne-Nikolishin
Millar-Mykitiuk-Aasman
Defensive pairings
Betker-Juulsen
MacDonald-Pfeifer
Skrumeda-Wharrie
Goaltenders
Hart
Lotz
Notes: Everett plays tonight without defenseman Kevin Davis, who I’m told has an upper-body injury that will keep him out an indeterminate length, though it’s believed he’ll be out about a week. His absence means Jordan Wharrie gets another game on defense. Up front the Saskatoon Platoon line is reunited, and Jake Mykitiuk moves from wing to center the fourth line. Carter Hart, who has recovered from illness, starts in goal after Austin Lotz got the nod the previous four games.
CALGARY (38-18-1-4)
Forward lines
Rankin-Tambellini-Lang
Helgesen-Draude-Virtanen
Malenstyn-Fazleev-Peterson
Twarynski-Stallard?-Ta. Sanheim
Defensive pairings
Tr. Sanheim-Bean
Kanzig-Harmsworth
Zipp-Thomas
Morrison?
Goaltenders
Shields
Burke
Scratches: Karnaukhov, Bensmiller, Morrison/Stallard.
Notes: Calgary is without center Pavel Karnaukhov, who is scratched with an unspecified injury. Both center Jordy Stallard and defenseman Loch Morrison will take the warm-up, but just one will play. Former Everett defenseman Micheal Zipp makes his first return to Xfinity Arena since being dealt to the Hitmen at last season’s trade deadline.
