WENATCHEE — Tulalip Heritage shot just 23 percent from the field and fell into a 31-14 hole at halftime en route to a 74-40 loss to Entiat on Saturday in a Class 1B regional game.
Robert Miles led the Hawks with 15 points, but it wasn’t enough against Entiat.
“We just didn’t shoot very well today,” Tulalip Heritage coach Marlin Fryberg Jr. said.
The Hawks were 14-for-59 from the field and 3-29 from beyond the 3-point line on Saturday.
Fryberg added that he thought his team might have been a bit nervous to start the game, which sent Entiat to Spokane for the remainder of the state tournament.
Truong Tran led the Tigers with 22 points.
