And So Can You: Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, is bringing out a new book, “A Time for Truth: Reigniting the Miracle of America,” scheduled for release June 30.
In it, the likely presidential candidate will share his reverence for free markets — especially the one that reportedly gave him a seven-figure book deal.
He was just there so he’d get paid — a lot: Marshawn Lynch will return to the Seahawks for the 2015 season. According to published reports, the running back met with Seahawks brass including owner Paul Allen on Friday about a 2-year extension.
Under the contract, Lynch will get 11 million bucks, and that massive Japanese battleship Allen found at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean earlier this week.
Empty-bucket list: A new guidebook lists “100 Things To Do In Seattle Before You Die.”
The Buzz is working on a similar book we call “100 Things That Won’t Happen in Seattle Before You Die.” These include a solution to the Mercer Mess, a second term for the mayor, and the existence of an inhabitable house in the north end for less than $350K.
