The frightfully addictive “Psycho” prequel “Bates Motel” returns for more thrills, chills and mommy issues. As we check in for Season 3, Norma (Vera Farmiga) finally must confront the truth about Norman’s (Freddie Highmore) mental fragility, and she fears the havoc it could wreak. It’s finale time for “The Bachelor,” and Chris Soules has some big decisions to make, such as: Which tabloids does he talk to? And will he sign up for “Dancing With the Stars” or not? 8 p.m., ABC.
Brace yourself for “The Returned.” Based on a very creepy, critically lauded French series, it takes viewers to a small mountain town where people thought to be dead are suddenly reappearing. 10 p.m., A&E
