GRANITE FALLS — Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue volunteers packed out an injured hiker near Lake 22 east of Granite Falls Sunday.
The woman, 21, was hiking on a trail with her family when she dislocated her knee around 2:30 p.m. Two family members left her with another relative. They went to Snohomish County Fire District 23 at Robe for help.
The woman was brought out around 11:30 p.m. with help from more than 50 volunteers from Snohomish, Skagit, Pierce, and King County search and rescue units, sheriff’s office spokeswoman Shari Ireton said.
