Note: Line combinations and defensive pairings are not provided during the playoffs.
EVERETT
Forwards: Bajkov, Low, Laurencelle, Bauml, Stadnyk, Fonteyne, Millar, Aasman, Mykitiuk, Nikolishin, Scherbak, Leedahl/Wegleitner.
Defensemen: Juulsen, Pfeifer, Skrumeda, MacDonald, Davis, Wharrie.
Goaltenders: Hart, Lotz.
Scratches: Betker, Kindopp, Leslie, Leedahl/Wegleitner.
Notes: No return yet for overage defenseman Ben Betker, who skated during Thursday’s informal practice after sitting out Wednesday’s Game 3 because of an upper-body injury. The Tips also have a question mark next to winger Dawson Leedahl (undisclosed), who will be a game-time decision. If Leedahl can’t go, Gunnar Wegleitner steps in. Otherwise Everett’s lineup remains the same.
UPDATE: Everett has decided to scratch both Leedahl and Wegleitner, with defenseman Jantzen Leslie playing instead.
SPOKANE
Forwards: Ke. Yamamoto, Stewart, Bechtold, Helewka, McAndrews, Anderson-Dolan, Ka. Yamamoto, Brooks, Zwerger, Whittingham, Elynuik, Olynek, Playfair,.
Defensemen: Fram, Charif, Helgesen, Fiala, Henderson, Laday.
Goaltenders: Hughson, Verhelst.
Scratches: Rayman, Oneschuk, Miske, Cardiff, Sozanski, Toporowski.
Notes: Spokane winger Jacob Cardiff is back on the scratch list after returning for one game from an upper-body injury, and center Blair Oneschuk misses his second straight game. It seems Spokane should have one more forward scratched, but it’s not indicated on the scratch list.
UPDATE: Center Jaret Anderson-Dolan is Spokane’s final stratch.
