The way I understand it, the Seattle mayor and our state governor assume they have the right to refuse business with the state of Indiana because they disapprove of a policy by that state. Now isn’t that the same right that some small businesses of Indiana wish to have? It seems to me that this action may soon cause other states who may disapprove of all the liberality practiced here to refuse business with the state of Washington. In my opinion, it’s time for the Seattle mayor and our state governor to restrict their attention to their own electorates and refrain from trying to convert others to all the liberal tolerances practiced here. People in other states have as much right as we in the state of Washington to live a lifestyle to their own choosing. For all we know, the mayor may next disallow the Seahawks from ever playing the Colts. God forbid!
