EVERETT
Forwards: Bajkov, Low, Laurencelle, Bauml, Stadnyk, Fonteyne, Millar, Aasman, Mykitiuk, Nikolishin, Scherbak.
Defensemen: Juulsen, Betker, Pfeifer, Skrumeda, MacDonald, Davis, Wharrie.
Goaltenders: Hart, Lotz.
Scratches: Leedahl, Kindopp, Leslie, Wegleitner.
Notes: Everett welcomes overage defenseman Ben Betker back to the lineup. Betker missed most of Game 2 and all of Games 3 and 4 with an upper-body injury. With Betker back, the Tips dress seven defensemen, with Jordan Wharrie likely to be drafted into forward duty. Winger Dawson Leedahl misses his second straight game with an undisclosed ailment.
SPOKANE
Forwards: Ke. Yamamoto, Stewart, Bechtold, Helewka, Ka. Yamamoto, Brooks, Zwerger, Whittingham, Elynuik, Olynek, Playfair, McAndrews/Miske.
Defensemen: Fram, Charif, Helgesen, Fiala, Henderson, Laday.
Goaltenders: Hughson, Verhelst.
Scratches: Rayman, Oneschuk, Anderson-Dolan, Cardiff, Sozanski, Toporowski, McAndrews/Miske.
Notes: Spokane continues to play without forwards Blair Oneschuk and Jacob Cardiff. Winger Devon McAndrews will apparently be a game-time decision. If McAndrews can’t go, winger Curtis Miske will get into his first game in the series.
