ARLINGTON — The search is back on for a wallaby that went missing here three months ago. Bella, a 6-year-old Bennett’s wallaby, got loose from the Outback Kangaroo Farm on Jan. 9. The search was called off in February, though people in the area continued to post flyers and keep an eye out for the wallaby.
Earlier this week, a woman reported seeing Bella in her backyard in Arlington Heights. The owners of the Outback Kangaroo Farm have resumed the search. Bella’s owner, Gayle Van Alstyne of Maple Valley, urges people who see her pet to call her at 206-743-7082.
