LAKE STEVENS — Wesco 4A powerhouse Snohomish remained undefeated and in first place following a win over Wesco 4A rival Lake Stevens on Friday. Jake Mulholland pitched the shutout. Catcher Ben Dmochosky singled in a run in the first inning and it proved to be all the Panthers needed, although Andrew Kane knocked in another run in the second.
Jacob Eason went 2-for-3 for Lake Stevens, and pitcher Skylar Swords also contributed two hits in the loss.
