Sheriff’s office adds services
The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office is expanding services offered at its north, south and east precincts.
As of May 18, the precincts in Mill Creek, north Marysville and Sultan will be able to process
fingerprinting, concealed pistol licenses and public records requests.
Previously, people had to travel to the sheriff’s headquarters at the county courthouse for those items.
Open houses are planned at each precinct as part of the roll-out as follows:
Sultan: 4 to 7 p.m. May 14 at 515 Main St.
Marysville: 4 to 7 p.m. May 15 at 15100 40th Ave. NE.
Mill Creek: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 16 at 15928 Mill Creek Blvd.
Prom limos can prompt concerns: During prom season, the Mukilteo School District is reminding parents to be wary of hiring unlicensed limo companies.
In past years, families have found themselves in dangerous situations due to lax limo companies.
