Foggy Noggin celebrates SBW
A pair of events at Bothell’s Foggy Noggin Brewing is helping put a cap on the seventh annual Seattle Beer Week, which runs through May 17 at locations around the Puget Sound. The Bothell brewery hosts a vertical tasting of the even numbered batches of its House Ale on May 15 at its taproom. FN’s House Ale was fermented in Hungarian oak barrels made from wood from the Zemplen forest. Tickets are $30. A day later, FN will tap its 1,000th brew, Batch 1,000, a Russian Imperial Stout made with rye malt, oats and Dominican Republic cocoa nibs.
