EVERETT — Taylor Jones hit a game-winning two-run single in the seventh inning to lead Edmonds-Woodway to a comeback victory against Ferndale in a 3A District Softball Tournament game Thursday. The Warriors trailed 5-0 to Ferndale before scoring four runs in the fifth and two in the final frame to win.
Jones finished her big night going 2-for-4 with a double and four RBI. Samone Jackson was 2-for-4 with two runs scored and Jackie Lovelace got a hit and scored two runs for Edmonds-Woodway. At Phil Johnson Fields
