Legislators from the 21st District plan to talk to constituents in a telephone town-hall event Tuesday.
Democratic State Sen. Marko Liias and Reps. Lillian Ortiz-Self and Strom Peterson say that the event, scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, will update constituents on what is happening in Olympia during the special legislative session.
Many constituents in the district will get calls a few minutes before the event begins, inviting them to stay on the line; constituents who don’t get calls can dial toll-free, 877-229-8493, followed by the ID code 18646.
Once on the call, constituents can listen to the questions and answers and ask their own questions to the legislators.
The 21st Legislative District includes most of Edmonds, all of Mukilteo and part of south Everett.
