KENNEWICK — Stanwood’s Chase Anderson tied for sixth place after shooting a first-round 74, five shots back of co-leaders Austin Brown of Southridge and Sam Warkentin of Bainbridge, at Canyon Lakes Golf Course on Wednesday.
Meadowdale’s Trevor Frisby tied for 18th with a 77 and Edmonds-Woodway’s Drew Gradwohl tied for 39th with an 82, and were the only other local players to make the cut of 82.
