“A politician thinks of the next election, a statesman thinks of the next generation.”— James Freeman Clarke.
There are several politicians running in the primary, but Snohomish County Executive John Lovick stands out from the crowd as a statesman and a well-rounded leader by his spirit of helping others. He has an ingrained discipline to create the time to give back to his community.
John Lovick generously donates his time, talents and resources to help others. He is an ardent supporter and fundraiser for Domestic Violence Services of Snohomish County (DVS). A room in the DVS shelter was dedicated in his name due to the donations he has raised over the years. On a regular basis he delivers pastries to the Men’s Everett Gospel Mission donated from a local coffee shop.
Away from the spotlight, he mentors and gives advice to help others achieve their personal aspirations and goals. He is a great “connector.”
Giving back to the community is an important quality I look for in our leaders. Join me by casting your vote to re-elect John Lovick as our county executive.
