EVERETT — A man who was shot early Saturday morning died at a Seattle hospital later in the day.
Detectives with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit are investigating.
Deputies were dispatched to a home in the area of 124th Street SW and 4th Avenue W after receiving 911 calls of a loud party and of possible gunshots. Those calls came in around 3:30 a.m.
“Initially nothing was located,” sheriff’s Lt. Rodney Rochon said.
Around 4 a.m. a man with a gunshot wound was dropped off at Swedish/Edmonds hospital. He was transferred to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
