Karen Blair, Meadowdale basketball Sport: Basketball Local connection: Meadowdale High, graduate and coach Best known as: State champion girls basketball coach Era: 1990s through 2008 Coaching bio Blair built quite a program at her alma mater during her 11 seasons as head coach at Meadowdale. She led the Mavericks to two state titles (2000, 2004) and two runner-up finishes (1994, 1999) during her tenure at the school. Blair went 255-39 at Meadowdale resigining in May of 2005.
