Era: 1940s through 1980s

Coaching bio

A legendary coach who is not only in the Halls of Fame at Pacific Lutheran University and the University of Washington but also in the National Basketball Hall of Fame, Harshman built up quite a resume during his career. The former college football star compiled a 642-448 record as a college basketball coach at PLU, UW and Washington State. Harshman was named Pac-8/Pac-10 coach of the year three times, and in 1984 he was named Kodak national coach of the year. Harshman currently lives in Bothell.
