No body found in old casket discovered near Onalaska

CHEHALIS — When a metal casket was discovered half-buried in the mud of a creek near Onalaska, the Lewis County sheriff’s search and rescue team recovered it for the coroner.A crew of 10 loosened the casket with shovels Saturday as an all-terrain vehicle tried to pull it out of the muck.
