KIRKLAND -- Google plans to double the size of its Kirkland campus to make room for 1,000 more employees.The Internet company announced plans for two new buildings Tuesday at a news conference attended by Washington Gov. Jay Inslee, who called it something to celebrate.

Man pulled from Lake Washington pronounced dead

KIRKLAND -- Police in Kirkland say a man who apparently went into Lake Washington in pursuit of a ball has died.Sgt. Robert Saloum told KIRO-TV the man was part of a family gathering Wednesday at a park along the lake.
