Join the Arlington-Smokey Point Chamber of Commerce at the annual Black-and-White Gala fundraiser. Festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. with a champagne reception and silent auction. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m., followed by the program and live auction at 8 p.m.
