EVERETT – Everett Mall has filled the 22,000 square feet of the former Borders bookstore with Wishes Books, Toys and Games.

Wishes offers a wide range of books and has reserved a large area of the store for name-brand toys and games. They also plan to reopen the cafe in the coming weeks.

Other new additions to Everett Mall include Simply Sweet Cupcakes (a second location for the popular Snohomish bakery) as well as seasonal favorites Sees Candy, Hickory Farms, the artwork of Tim Wistrom (Studio 60/40), Ace Leather and Anderson Glass.

Everett Mall will open at 6 a.m. on Black Friday, though several stores will open at midnight. These stores include Aeropostale, Famous Footwear, Macy’s, Old Navy, PacSun, rue 21, Sbarro, Wishes, Victoria’s Secret and Zumiez.

Beginning Dec. 1, Everett Mall will give away an Apple iPad a day. Every weekday in December before Christmas, a random shopper will be given an iPad on the spot. For more promotions and the latest information about stores and events, go to www.shopeverettmall.com.
