Emory’s event raises $27,000 for Housing Hope
An Evening at Emory’s on Nov. 9 raised over $27,000 for Housing Hope’s ChildHope initiative. Funds will go into the ChildHope Endowment Fund ensuring local families with low incomes will have access to a host of quality developmental services. A portion will also go to Tomorrow’s Hope Child Development Center’s Operating Fund to provide and support enhancements for the center.
Molina Healthcare hosts Holiday Giving event
Molina Healthcare and Molina Medical are hosting Holiday Giving — a free event for families of the local community. The event is from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at 15 SW Everett Mall Way, Everett. It will include giveaways, raffles, refreshments and more. All giveaways will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Half Price Books offering special deals on ‘Star Wars’
To celebrate the release of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” all Half Price Books locations will be offering special deals on Star Wars themed merchandise. The items and specials will vary from location to location but can vary from books and toys to T-shirts, mugs and collectibles. Half Price Books has locations in Everett and Lynnwood.
