Sign up today for the Little Red School House’s 21st annual Challenge for Children Bowl-a-Thon and costume party. This year’s event will be from 3 to 5 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 22, at Brunswick Majestic Lanes in Lynnwood. Online registration to participate and donations can be made at www.littlered.org.
Individuals, families and corporations are all invited to join in the fun. All ages are welcome, and all team members bowl for free. Each bowler is encouraged to raise a minimum of $50 in support of Little Red School House programs and services for families and their young children. Little Red School house was founded by parents and the South Snohomish County Exchange Club in 1963. Little Red’s occupational and physical therapists, speech and language [athologists, special educators and counselors create customized family service plans that ensure each family member is an equal member of the early intervention team. Our staff help parents enhance their capacity to meet the special needs of their infants and toddlers, in the child’s natural learning environments.
