Bear is a shy ACD looking for a home with breed experience. He will need a meet and greet with any resident dogs and a feline free home. He will need a secure fenced yard as he likes to take himself on adventures. At this point Bear will need an adult only home due to his shy nature. (Curt Story/Everett Animal Shelter)
The Everett Animal Shelter hosts thousands of stray and unwanted animals every year. Some are adopted right away, but some sit in the shelter for weeks at a time, waiting for a home. The shelter has dogs and cats, as well as some rabbits and birds, all looking for a loving home.
Bella is a high- energy dog looking for a home that can provide for all her exercise needs. She will need a meet and greet with any resident dogs and a feline free home. This sweetie is not suited for apartment style living and will need a large securely fenced yard. (Curt Story/Everett Animal Shelter)
Bruce is an independent guy. He is looking for a cat free home. It does take him a little bit of time to adjust to his new surrounding but once he is settled in he is a friendly but still independent guy. (Arleigh Movitz/Everett Animal Shelter)
Jax has been an outstanding boy during his stay here. He does NOT enjoy the company of other dogs. His scarring on his face shows us that he has had his fair share of trouble. Jax will need secure fencing and an active lifestyle (no apartments or condos). He would enjoy long walks, playing ball, hiking or maybe some agility. We do not know how he is around children, so he will need to meet children living in the home before his adoption. Jax will also need a feline free home. (Curt Story/Everett Animal Shelter)
