Trolling for a free movie?
Look no further than the premiere of “The Hall of Giants,” a feature-length documentary chronicling the creation of the Fremont Troll, that iconic installation built under the Aurora Bridge in Seattle more than 20 years ago.
The film focuses on the creators of the troll, who made the beloved statue using steel, wire, concrete and — we can only assume — gumption. The film’s director, Michael Falcone, will attend the screening.
The free showing will take place at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, with the movie beginning at 7:15 p.m. at Hale’s Palladium, 4301 Leary Way NW, Seattle.
The event is open to all ages, but there will be a cash bar and the film includes some adult language.
