Bella is a sweet girl who has so much love to give. She is longing for a family that will be committed to helping her lose a little weight so that she can be in the best shape of her life. She loves going for walks, playing ball or just lounging in the sun. Bella deserves to be a beloved family member. When she finds a family that loves her unconditionally she will pay them back with wet, sloppy kisses. Bella isn’t ready to share her home with other dogs and cats so a home without other animals will be required. Bella is 8 years old and weighs 83 pounds. Bella has probable previous partial or full cruciate ruptures that have stabilized some at this point with scar tissue. Bella does not have an ear canal opening in her left ear. She will need a family committed to regular ear cleaning in both ears. (Curt Story/Everett Animal Shelter)

Some sweet dogs looking for new homes from Everett shelter

The Everett Animal Shelter has these pets ready to be adopted into forever homes.

The Everett Animal Shelter hosts thousands of stray and unwanted animals every year. Some are adopted right away, but some sit in the shelter for weeks at a time, waiting for a home. The shelter has dogs and cats, as well as some rabbits and birds, all looking for a loving home.

All pets are vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and given a identifying microchip before they are adopted. Take a look at some of the dogs, cats and other animals that are available for adoption at the shelter now.

If you’re interested in adopting an animal, the shelter is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call 425-257-6000.
