If that doesn’t satisfy your appetite for has-beens, check out the NBC summer series, “Hit Me Baby One More Time,” which puts one-time hitmakers on stage for all of us to laugh at them as they compete for the adoration of the in-studio audience. The acts include Loverboy, A Flock of Seagulls, Tiffany and Vanilla Ice. The series premieres at 9 p.m. Thursday on KING-TV, Channel 5.
