  • June 10, Pink Primer: We will learn how ross are made, where they come from, and taste ross in every flavor profile. This class will be held on the Campagne Patio (weather permitting). $40 per person.
  • July 8, The Sun-Soaked Wines of Provence: It’s home to scores of rich white wines, fruity roses, and exotic, spicy red wines. We thoroughly explore the wine scene in this beautiful area. $40 per person.
  • Aug. 12, It’s not just Sancerre &Pouilly Fume – the rest of the Loire Valley: We will focus on the western two thirds of the Loire Valley, and the wide variety of grapes and climates they represent. We highlight grapes such as melon de Bourgogne, chenin blanc, romarantin, cabernet franc and pinneau d’Aunis from one of the more complex regions in France. $45 per person.

    Classes in autumn will focus on the Loire Valley, Burgundy, Bordeaux and southwest France.
