Local WA roots with national, industry and leading alignment

As The Baldwin Group Health Insurance, business offers expanded services for individual and personal insurance, Medicare and more

Without guidance from a trusted local resource, such as a licensed insurance agent, Medicare is hard, confusing, complex, frustrating and a myriad of other head scratching terms all wrapped into one.

In 2003, an insurance agency, VibrantUSA, was founded here in the Puget Sound area to provide unbiased advice, community resources and support for beneficiaries navigating their Medicare journey. They have 5 office locations, from Bellingham to Vancouver and their Everett office at 10410 19th Street has been open since 2013.

After being acquired in 2020 by Baldwin Risk Partners, a Tampa-based national insurance distribution firm, the name on VibrantUSA’s buildings transitioned to Guided Solutions, but the people and the community commitments remained steadfast.

“Our agents live and work in the communities they serve. Many of them were born in this area and feel that it is their duty and purpose to give back to their community by providing guidance when people need it most. Being an agent requires passion to serve their clients’ needs and community. Our agent’s hearts are in everything they do.” says Kim Lovell, Director of Growth.

As Guided Solutions enters its next phase, unifying with its parent firm’s brand to reflect continued growth and expanded capabilities, they will rebrand to The Baldwin Group Health Insurance.

The agency will continue to provide tailored solutions, deep expertise, and excellent service while leveraging the full suite of personal, commercial, and health insurance resources from The Baldwin Group’s network of nearly 40 regional brands across the country that are also transitioning to The Baldwin Group.

The Baldwin Group firm provides insurance resources throughout Washington via an expansive network of over 700 independent, contracted agents, which ensures that clients have convenient access to services, regardless of their location.

“A true agent is a tireless advocate for their client. They are not paid for the “sale” but rather to care for a human being. To provide ongoing service and support that would otherwise default to the health plan. Agents hold the hands of our seniors as they journey through the conflict-ridden landscape we call our healthcare system. They advocate for, speak for, counsel and console those who would otherwise be forced to navigate healthcare pitfalls on their own. That is why we do what we do. It is our purpose.” says Samantha George, Director of Client Relationships.

Whether you’re navigating health coverage or exploring personal insurance options, The Baldwin Group Health Insurance can help.
