WOODINVILLE — A man was seriously injured early this morning in a fire at a Woodinville business.
Fire investigators believe an electrical problem sparked the blaze that caused about $30,000 damage and sent the man to a Seattle trauma center, Snohomish County Fire District 7 spokeswoman Autumn Waite said.
Calls to 911 came in just before 6 a.m. to report a fire in the 6200 block of 234th Street SE, she said.
The fire was contained to an electrical panel and a conduit. The fire went out after Snohomish County PUD officials shut power off to the building.
Medics took the injured man to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. His condition was not immediately known.
Crews from District 7, Shoreline and Woodville responded.
