EDMONDS — An Edmonds apartment fire displaced seven people Thursday night, fire officials said.
Around 11:30 p.m., firefighters responded to a fire in a six-unit building in the 23500 block of Edmonds Way, South County Fire wrote on social media. They put out the flames within five minutes.
One apartment had “significant fire and smoke damage,” according to South County Fire. Another had smoke damage.
Medics evaluated two residents for smoke inhalation.
The cause of the fire had not been determined as of Friday, South County Fire spokesperson Leslie Hynes said.
