BELLEVUE — The AAA auto club says Washington has the third-highest gasoline prices in the nation, after Hawaii and California.
The AAA says the average prices of a gallon of gas in Washington is up to $3.10. The price is nine cents higher in Hawaii and seven cents more in California.
The national average is $2.82.
The price in Washington is up 14 cents in the past month and 59 cents higher than this time a year ago. But it’s still below the record high of $3.45 a gallon set last May.
The AAA found the highest prices in the state at Bellingham at $3.14 a gallon. Some prices for other cities:
