SPOKANE — The Spokane County sheriff’s office says a Spokane Valley man is facing a felony count of vehicular homicide after an ATV crash that killed his passenger.
Sheriff’s spokesman Sgt. R. David Reagan says a 30-year-old woman was killed Saturday night when the ATV drove off an enbankment and fell about nine feet.
Investigators say 32-year-old Christopher Patrick Arnold had a suspended Washington driver’s license and had alcohol on his breath at the time of the crash.
