BONNEY LAKE — The Bonney Lake city attorney, Jim Dionne, told the city council it could use an existing adult entertainment ordinance to force baristas to cover up.
He told the Tuesday night council meeting that nudity at espresso stands would be considered a public nuisance. However, bikinis are OK.
The Bonney Lake mayor sent a warning letter to espresso stands last week after complaints that some were too steamy.
