EVERETT — The city of Lynnwood is accepting applicants for an open seat on its planning commission.
Robert Leutwyler held the seat, Position No. 4, until his appointment to the City Council last month. The position’s term lasts through 2026.
The planning commission advises the City Council on land use and development matters, including middle housing implementation, critical areas ordinance updates and zoning reform.
Commission members must live within Lynnwood city limits and be registered to vote. The seven-member commission meets on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month.
The application is open through April 18 and can be found on the city’s boards and commissions webpage.
